Video: Duckwrth - No Chill

The return of Duckwrth to the great outdoors coincides with the release of his newest music video for the song “No Chill.”

The video was directed by Grizz Lee and shot during Paris Fashion Week. It blends an appreciation for fashion, music, and the feeling of freedom that Duckwrth and society globally share as people return to in-person activities. The genre-bending singer appears to have a good time throughout the freewheeling music video, enjoying his time in The City of Light and expressing himself through impromptu dancing movements in various public areas, including the streets of the city.

The music video for “No Chill” also includes clips from Duckwrth’s time during the events of the week, during which he visited performances styled by LOEWE and Paul Smith. In addition to that, he wears a pair of fringe pants that he made in collaboration with Levi’s.

As the song starts, he sings, “Get yo’ a** off that high horse that you rode in here on,” asking everyone to temporarily settle into a more relaxed frame of mind.

“Attending Paris Fashion Week and being styled by Jonathan Anderson of Loewe and Paul Smith himself..it was a fashion mirage,” Duckwrth said in a press release statement. “Attending Paris Fashion Week and being styled by Jonathan Anderson of Loewe and Paul Smith himself.” “In the haze of couture and the energy of Paris, I felt like this would be the perfect landscape for an easy listening song with a simple message: celebrate life,” the artist explained. In the words of the song, “My God, tell the models to keep the bottles on ice!”
