Video: Lizzo – 2 Be Loved (Am I Ready)

Tyson Beckford makes a sweet appearance in Lizzo’s freshly released official music video for “2 Be Loved (Am I Ready)“.

The Grammy Award-winning singer picks up where she left off in her video for “Truth Hurts” in the song’s co-directed video with Christian Breslauer. Lizzo finds herself heading down the aisle to wed herself while wearing a white gown and a manicure that match. But she forgoes the wedding ceremony and finds Beckford the love she deserves.

The song “2 Be Loved (Am I Ready)” can be found on Lizzo’s most recent record Special, which was made public on July 15. She released the chart-topping song “About Damn Time” before the album. After playing the lively song to kick off the 2022 BET Awards, the artist is scheduled to make another appearance at the 2022 Video Music Awards.
