Video: Logic – Weed Song (Bone Thugs Cover)

After covering “It Was A Good Day” by Ice Cube, Logic received some negative feedback online and decided to respond. This week, the 33-year-old released his cover of “Weed Song” by Bone Thugs-n-Harmony.

The rapper from Rockville, Maryland, emerges out a Maybach in front of his house at the beginning of the video, which was released on Tuesday (March 21). He navigates his home while singing along to the Bone Thugs’ hit and uses a green screen to perform some hilariously goofy dancing on his lawn. The rapper from College Park becomes so engrossed in the music that he strips to his boxers and humps the ground.

In a more touching scene, the “1-800-273-8255” performer touches his pregnant wife’s belly while grinning at the camera. Logic is savoring the positive things in his life and the satisfaction he takes from making music, regardless of what people think of him.
