Video: Lupe Fiasco – Autoboto

The official music video for “AUTOBOTO,” which serves as the lead single from Lupe Fiasco’s most recent album DRILL MUSIC IN ZION, was just published by the artist. The Chicago rapper can be seen in the moonlit music video driving through his neighbourhood in a Porsche Carrera, the same vehicle that he raps about morphing into in the hook of the song.

At the conclusion of the song, Lupe is shot into the clouds, and Nayirah, who is the featured singer on “AUTOBOTO,” steps into the limelight.

The artist behind “Kick, Push” claimed that Soundtrakk plays the role of the swordmaker, while he himself takes on the role of the samurai, the mechanic, and the driver, respectively.

This next autumn, Lupe Fiasco is going to bring his music to life in a live setting. This coming October in Atlanta, ONE MusicFest 2022 will feature the rap artist as a musician on the lineup. Other artists who will be performing are Jazmine Sullivan, Ashanti & Ja Rule, City Girls, Tems, Beenie Man, Larry June, Victoria Monet, Jagged Edge, Saucy Santana, Bleu, and Mya. Jagged Edge, Saucy Santana, Bleu, and Mya are also on the bill.

Additionally, he is scheduled to teach rap as part of the MLK Visiting Professor Programme at The Massachusetts Institute of Technology for the academic year 2022-2023. This will take place during the time period of 2022-2023.
