Video: Tamika Scott of Xscape, Method Man – Tonight

Following Bravo’s spectacular limited series, SWV & Xscape: Queens Of R&B, Tamika Scott has released her new song, “Tonight” featuring Method Man.

Scott can be seen celebrating the end of a marriage in the video for the song, which she initially premiered in 2019, according to Rated R&B, by wearing everyone’s favorite sex symbol on her arm. She and Method Man conquer New York City, cuddle up close in an apartment, party hard on an opulent rooftop, and later, Scott is joined by her pals for a night out.

The publication also mentioned that the original version of “Tonight,” which had samples of Phil Collins and Nas, was planned to be included on an EP called The Movie but was never released. Kandi Burruss and Tiny Harris, who are also members of the Xscape band, are now on tour with Scott.

On Good Friday (April 7), her sister, LaTocha, signed a solo contract with Motown Gospel and released her CD, The Invitation: A Conversation With God.
