Video: Megan Thee Stallion – Plan B

Megan Thee Stallion has just unveiled the official music video for her latest hard-hitting single, “Plan B.” The single uses a sample from Jodeci and Wu-Tang’s “Freak’n You Remix,” which was debuted for the first time at her debut performance at Coachella in 2022. Casey Cadwallader and John Miserendino, both of whom work for Mugler, are responsible for directing the accompanying visual.

Megan Thee Stallion may be seen in the music video standing firmly in an all-black backdrop and rapping every stabby phrase straight into the camera. Tina Snow’s new music video for “Plan B” features a more minimalist aesthetic than the vibrant images she’s used in her past videos. When she is rhyming, the camera focuses on her mouth, and when she is dancing, it accentuates various angles of her body, such as her rear end. Megan Thee Stallion enters a pool of water at the beginning of the second stanza. There, she smokes, reflects, and even raps as she is submerged in the water.

In the laser-focused music video, the Houston rap sensation can be seen flaunting a one-piece suit that was designed by the designer brand. At the 2022 Billboard Music Awards, she gave a performance wearing an all-black look quite similar to this one, and she wore an ombre Mugler outfit to the show.
