Video: YG – Toxic

YG is back with a fresh music video for his most recent song, “Toxic.” The vocals in his most recent song are taken from Mary J. Blige’s “Be Happy.” Brittany Renner, a model and former soccer player, makes a cameo appearance in the accompanying Austin Simkins and YG co-directed video. Brittany Renner was widely assumed to be pregnant by YG. It turns out that their dubious photograph was a publicity shot for the music clip.

The film “Toxic” depicts two aspects of a promiscuous relationship: the side girl’s thoughts of being interchangeable and the man’s attempt to be in two locations at once. YG’s vulnerability is on display in the Swish, Larry Jayy, and Reece Beats-produced song as he displays his vocal prowess.
