The American singer’s sixth studio album, titled Younger Now and released on September 29th, 2017, is titled Younger Now. The lyrics for the entire album were written by the artist herself, with the sole exception of the song Rainbowland, which was co-authored with her godmother, country music icon Dolly Parton, and which the icon contributed to writing. With the assistance of its two producers, Oren Yoel and Cyrus herself, the album made an effort to achieve a stripped down sound that was influenced by country music. It also had very little advertising.
